Event #1 – Saturday - $6,200 Cornhole Singles along with an $800 Blind Draw Doubles Consolation Tournament

Bags Fly at 10:30AM Sharp on Saturday, September 1st.

Each of the 128 players entered into the event will be randomly placed into one of eight 16-player, modified triple elimination qualifying brackets.  The four players that go the furthest in each of the qualifying brackets advance to the Championship Bracket which will be held Saturday afternoon/evening.  The Championship bracket will then be seeded based on how each player did in their qualifying bracket.  The Championship Bracket will be double elimination and we will play single games in the round of 32 and 24 in the winners bracket as well as in the loses bracket.  The rounds of 16, 8, 4 and 2 in the winners bracket will be best 2/3 games.

The 32 players that make the Championship Bracket are guaranteed a minimum of $100 in cash with the tournament Champion taking home $1,000!

How each player finishes in their qualifying bracket is VERY important!  The player that goes undefeated will be a #1 seed and advance straight to the round of 16 in the Championship winners bracket.  The player that only loses once gets a #2 seed and advances to the round of 24 and the #3 and #4 seeds have to battle it out immediately in the round of 32.

If you are one of the 96 players that came up short of qualifying for the Championship Bracket, you are not done yet!  Each of these 96 players will be randomly partnered with one other player and entered into the $800 Blind Draw doubles tournament.  Specifically, players that finish 5th-10th in their qualifying bracket will be randomly partnered with a player that finished 11th-16th in a qualifying bracket.  This tournament will be double elimination (single games) and take place at the same time as the Singles Championship Bracket.

For those 40 teams that come up short of finishing in a money position, you’re not done yet!  These teams will be randomly placed into a 40-team double elimination bracket where we will play single games all the way through.  The top 8 teams in this tournament will take home some cash.
